• Meeting the tenants to issue keys and agree inventory.
• Collect first months rent and deposit.
• Take meter readings; notify council tax department.
• Pay the deposit to the Deposit Protection Service if required.
• Arrange future payment of rent by standing order.
• No let - no fee payable.
